The Board of Directors and the Staff of the Delmarva Education Foundation would like to express our deep sympathy for the death of our founder, Dr. Don Harting. Our Lower Shore Community will miss his thoughtfulness and leadership. Without his guidance and strong support DEF would never have come into existence. And all of the students who have benefited from DEF services would not have had access to the important resources and valuable assistance DEF provides.
